If your event is organised/spondored by a member Guild, please contact the Association newsletter editor. If the event occurs before the newsletter is due to be sent out, it will be included. It may also be mentioned on the Association Facebook page.
You can find the contact email address for the newsletter on the Web Information Point (guild members only). We do not take external advertising on our website, nor do we include such adverts in our members' newsletter.
